Sienna Lake is a lovely neighborhood off of Crystal Valley Road in Little Rock, AR. It was developed by Cooper Communities. Cooper has been developing residential neighborhoods and vacation resorts since the 1950’s so you can be assured that they know what they are doing!
Sienna Lake is a gated community where you have access to a stocked lake with a public dock. Non-motorized boats are allowed on the lake and it is a great place to paddle board or kayak as well as fish. There are many more amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, trails, and a landscaped entryway with fountains.
This is a neighborhood that makes you feel as if you are in the country yet allows you to be close to the city. You have quick access to go to either downtown Little Rock, West Little Rock, or the Benton and Bryant areas.
Midsouth Property Management built many of the homes that surround the neighborhood lake as well as others in the neighborhood. In fact, we loved the neighborhood so much that we built our personal house there.
